VASA IBC Cleaning System - Napton Cidery Ltd

Last week, despite Storm Ciaran’s best efforts, we installed another VASA IBC Cleaning System alongside our partner inTank Technologies Limited into Napton Cidery Ltd.

Napton Cidery is an independent Cider manufacturer located in the English Midlands. They will use the VASA IBC Cleaner to wash organic products, yeasts and ciders out of their 150-strong IBC fleet for reuse in production.

Previously, it was taking around 1 hour to fully clean and sanitise an IBC manually – with the VASA, this time will be reduced to less than 10 minutes, with almost no manual cleaning required, greatly reducing labour costs and cross-contamination risks in production.

Our Engineers were lucky enough to get a taste of Napton’s delicious craft cider – and they can confirm it was worth braving the rain for!
