New Generation VASA IBC Cleaning System

New generation VASA IBC Cleaning System!

It’s been a busy few weeks at Arcus with several projects heading out the gate. One that we’re particularly excited about is this VASA, which was sold by our Sales Partner for GB, inTank Technologies Limited, and installed on a Food Processing site in England this week.

The VASA IBC Cleaning System is designed to be a plug and play unit which requires minimal infrastructural changes, as demonstrated by this very machine – which was installed by our team in a day, including full training provided to the client’s operators and maintenance team.

This system will eradicate the issues the client was having previously with the IBC cleaning process, including excessive labour times, product loss due to poor cleaning and high water consumption. Full return-on-investment for the machine was calculated to be less than 6 months.

This is one of several VASA IBC Cleaning Systems which will leave the factory over the next couple of months.
