We recently installed and commissioned a centralised washdown system into a brand new, state-of-the-art red meat production facility in England!
The system consisted of 7 washdown points spread through different parts of the facility, with each station consisting of both medium-pressure hot water and low-pressure cold water, with the ability to apply foam and disinfectant as well as rinsing, simply by changing the satellite station mode and nozzle.
Adjustable chemical dosing means that optimal hygiene and food safety is ensured, whilst keeping chemical consumption as low as possible.
