Earlier this year, in collaboration with our Benelux region Channel Partners A. de Jong TH, our engineers installed a high specification VASA into a brand-new chemical production facility in Rotterdam.
This unit had several bespoke features, including a washing chamber enclosure and wash water sump tank which was designed to fit the client’s exact required dimensions in the new factory, and enclosure cover panels in the client’s company colours.
The VASA gives the client the ability to wash IBCs in house to a consistent standard, and without the need for any manual handling or cleaning. The result is a more streamlined and controllable production process which is less reliant on sub-contractors or labour-intensive manual cleaning by operators.
