New VASA High Volume IBC Cleaning System

New VASA high volume IBC cleaning system!

We recently built a new IBC cleaning line for a Personal Care product manufacturer in the UK.

This machine had a long list of options to make the internal and external cleaning of IBCs as fast and effective as possible, including:

- Roller conveyor with loading ramps, for minimal manual handling
- Wash water catchment tank with drain pump
- Electrically powered water heater, providing up to 60°C water with zero emissions
- Turntable to allow the operator to easily rotate the IBC in position for external cleaning and label removal with the wash lance
- Inclined washing position, to ensure the IBC drains easily during cleaning

All of the above combined with our standard VASA automated cleaning technology will ensure the process will use less water, power and labour than before, reducing the client’s operating costs and environmental impact.
